Have the 93 bus drivers today getting too much kick from driving too fast on the expressway that they forget to look out for the changing traffic lights or not look for cars coming from the opposite direction? I was minding my own business when the bus came to an abrupt halt. Sudden and forceful enough to make passengers jerk forward and out of their seat, including yours truly.
Two freaking times.
But once is when i was going to JAS and the other time when i was heading back.
I think i must have got the same bus driver.
Can't believe i almost died 2 times in a day.

Anyway my sis's birthday today. Happy birthday xD
So instead of the actual plan of eating at Tampines Mall, she decided to at a coffeeshop downstairs because she wanted to watch Death Note 2 (don't really care for DN). So we had our meal, and went back home.
Once the lift opened its doors, we can all smell something burning and see some smoke. I didn't took much notice of it. "Probably some neighbour cooking or something" i thought. No one suspected anything until my sis opened the door.

And more smoke came out.

Turns out my dad forgot to swtich off the stove when they went out. =.=
This is what happened to it.


It's all charred underneath!!
The burnt smell was unbearable!!! My hamsters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lucky they were alright *phew*
We had to switch on the fan to drive the smoke out.
The living room was like....in a dreamy place. =.="

*sighs*
I was THIS close in getting myself killed in hands of reckless bus drivers 2 times in a day.
My hamsters were THIS close in getting suffocated by the smoke/smell.
My house was THIS close in catching fire.
I was THIS close in becoming a homeless girl =.=

Imagine if we went all the way to Tampines Mall. It would be few hours later by the time we come back and by the time we come back, we would have found ourselves no home to return too.
Probably puzzled why there were firemen, police (or even reporters) at our block when we reached the void deck.




Holy. I think we have earned enough Karmas because our house didn't catch fire.
