Tribute to Pita

It had been a mentally straining day, having to cope with Pita's death, 10 plus number of hyper-active kids, flu, Science, and some bit of Maths, all at the same time. At the point of writing, i'm have already come to terms with Pita's death (but not without shedding a tear or two when i think of him), but everytime when i walk past his empty cage, i will be over-whelmed with emotions.
I was with him in those last moments and it was just heart-wrenching to see him suffer, i was so worried he would have to endure one more day before he can be "freed". As much as i was sad to see him go, but the ironic thing was that i was relieved that he was able to pass on today so his suffering could be shortened.

Oh Pita, how i miss you so =(
