Phew~finally able to get access to my laptop. Long story on what happened. But managed to got it reformat at Acer at Jurong East with Shellen yesterday. Poor Shellen, the technician told her to format her laptop herself because it will take 2 hours to format it =( *wonders how is her laptop now*

After that we took 51 back to Enuos where we will take our own bus back home. Started counting from the time we took the bus- around 3.10pm- all the way till we reached Enuos - around 5. 50 pm (around there). Damn freaking long please...and i dont understand why there have to be sooooo many bus-stops along the way. Roughly about 200 + metres will have one bus-stop or one traffice light!! As what Shellen had said, "Sit until butt pain". -__-

Config my wireless network today, and i took like 2 hours plus to do it through the phone with 3 different technicians. LOL...the first one was like dont know what to do and felt like he was eager to put down the phone cos he dont know what to do, so he told me to repeat some steps. If cannot, call again. So i did. The second one was a little better. She walked me through it calmly and when she realised i didnt install the modem driver, i told her i'll call back again after i had done it. The third time i called was the best. Hahahhaa...i have NEVER met a technician like him. The way he talked to me was very helpful. Not like others where they will try to be professional. We even managed to joke around =)
So when i told him "You are very funny", he was surprised and said "i'll take it as a compliment". (=
There were A LOT of hitches and we both dont understand why i just cant go online even when i'm connected to the interent. That problem was solved by using Screen sharing. Where he controlled my laptop using his computer over at his side. Haha! Damn cool can! It's amusing and interesting at the same time to see your cursor move when you didn't even touch your mouse :D
It was a good day for me today because i met a technician like him and surprisngly at the end of the technical help, he said "you will be one caller that i will miss talking to"
Hahaha...no problem, you will also be one technician that i miss calling to too. ^_^
